Dogfish Head Red & White 750ml About as close to a wine as you are going to get from beer! This malted ale is brewed with coriander and orange peel then fermented with real Pinot Noir juice. Before bottling occurs a portion of the beer is aged in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels while the rest is aged in regular oak barrels resulting in a full-bodied Belgian Style Wit beer with characteristics common to a soft red wine.
