Merry Christmas to all.
1642 – Sir Isaac Newton (falling apple expert) born. In theory, a toast with an Apple Martini would make perfect sense!
1776 – Washington (the man) crosses the Delaware (the river). How about a toast with a Washington (the state) wine? A favorite of ours: Tyrus-Evans Syrah and Claret!
1899 – Humphrey Bogart born. A toast with a Sierra Nevada beer to the star of ”The Treasure of the Sierra Madras” could be the start of a beautiful friendship!
1932 – Little Richard (the self-proclaimed father of rock & roll) born. Tutti-frutti – oh rudy! A toast with a fruity red wine would be divine!
1939 – Montgomery Ward introduces the 9th reindeer – Rudolph. Shout with glee and celebrate the red-nose reindeer by placing a maraschino cheery in your favorite cocktail!
1946 – Jimmy Buffett born. (Parrot Heads came later…) Celebrating with Cheeseburgers, Margaritas with salt, and your favorite Parrot Mountain wines would be paradise! Watch out and don’t step on a pop top or blow out your flip-flops!
